Easy Matar Chilla Recipe
Material
100 grams green
peas (fresh)
02 green chilies
03 cm
Black piece of ginger as per taste
or white salt
2-2 pinches fennel and cumin
02 tbsp gram flour
200 grams semolina
102 large cups water
01 tbsp curd 6 tsp refined oil or ghee

Wash and peel the ginger. Wash and chop green chilies. Grind the rest of the ingredients except oil in a mixie or on a cob. If the solution seems thick, add more water. Keep the solution covered for 20 minutes. Now heat the griddle by lighting the gas stove, then spread oil or ghee on the griddle. With a big ladle, spread the batter in a circular motion from the edge to the center. Flip after 30 seconds and bake. Matar Chilla is ready. Serve it with chutney, rajma and curd.
