Child: You promise that as long as I am on earth, you will be with me every single moment.
Bhagavan: Of course, it will be so.
Child: But on earth you become invisible, how will I know whether you are with me or not?
God: Whenever you close your eyes, you will be shown the marks of two pairs of feet, seeing them, understand that I am with you.
Then in a few moments the child is born.
After birth, he forgets the conversation with God by getting involved in worldly matters. But when he remembers this while dying, he wants to confirm the word of God.
He closes his eyes and starts remembering his life. He sees that he has two pairs of footprints from the time of his birth. But at the time when he is going through his worst time, only one pair of footprints are visible, he is very sad to see that God did not keep his word and left him alone when his worst time was there. There was more need.
After death, he reached before God and said while getting angry: Lord! You had said that you will be with me all the time, but at the time of trouble, I saw only one pair of legs instead of two, tell me why did you leave me at that time?
God smiled and said: Son! When you were passing through great distress, my heart was moved and I carried you in my lap, so at that time you could only see my footprints.
Many times bad times come in our life, many times it seems that very bad is going to happen to us, but when we look back later, we find that it was not as bad as we thought, because maybe it is There are times when God is most kind to us. Unknowingly we think that he is not supporting us but in reality he is carrying us in his lap.
