You are irritable, have a headache and have muscle cramps. The reason for this sudden change in the body is 'silent dehydration'. A condition in which sweat comes out of the body due to heat and there is a lack of water. But we do not realize due to busy work and it directly affects our personality.



Actually, due to not keeping pace with the weather, the body lacks water, as well as important electrolytes like sodium, potassium and chloride, which are important for proper cell function in the body and their loss can lead to serious health problems. May be Bad breath, dry skin, craving for sweet foods and regular muscle cramps are also signs that the body needs water. Its symptoms are understood after a long time, due to which there are many health-related problems.

Problems start happening. In most cases, heatstroke is accompanied by vomiting, diarrhea and excessive sweating. In such a situation, lethargy comes in the body and does not feel like working. If this is a problem with you or your partner, then make sure to drink more water. Carry a water bottle with you wherever you go during the summer season. Merely keeping the bottle with you will not do. Keep drinking water from time to time.



Eat foods that have a high water content, such as fruits and vegetables, which are a great source of water. Drink plenty of water before, during and after exercise. Most of the people drink cold water from freeze as soon as the summer season comes, this habit of theirs can make them sick. Try drinking water stored in an earthen pot.

After spending hours in AC, when we go out in the heat, there is a lack of nutrients in the body, due to busyness, we do not realize it. This problem can happen at any age. Irritability, muscle pain, burning sensation in the eyes, joint pain and headache are its main symptoms. To avoid this problem, keep drinking water from time to time. Try to mix ORS or any other energy booster in water and drink it, this will make up for the nutrients that were lacking due to lack of water. You can consult a doctor in case of excessive weakness.
